If you have more than one Xbox profile, you can switch between profiles by following a few simple steps. You can use OneDrive to sync both your work or school files and personal files to your OneDrive for home account. You can't sync or share your work or school folders to your OneDrive personal folders, but you can copy or drag and drop files from one to another. In addition, if you use the same PC for personal projects and work or school, you may want to add different accounts to your PC. Having different accounts on a shared PC lets multiple people use the same device, all while giving everyone their own sign-in info, plus access to their own files, browser favorites, and desktop settings. You can only be signed in with one Microsoft account at a time, but you can have multiple accounts (such as other family members or your work account) on your computer.
Subscribers can also add their Gmail account to their as a connected account, allowing messages to appear in one mailbox. If you are a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can have multiple personal and work or school accounts set up in Outlook. There are many different types of email accounts you can add to Outlook, including or Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, and other Exchange accounts. Microsoft personal accounts and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts can be used side by side. For security reasons, it’s not possible to merge or combine Microsoft accounts, nor can you transfer such things as your game progress or gamertag, account purchases and balance from one account to another.
